Robert's Ramblings

Back to back they faced each other, drew their phones and SMS'd each other.

... or so a childhood rhyme of mine has been debased by more modern times.

I think I will start a new collection of people using their devices. Living in two worlds at the same time, not fully in either, is always a compromise. It is however a compromise many, many of us have chosen. I admit I am as guilty as the people I photograph.

At least my peers and I remember how to function in a world without these devices. Even if going back might involve a little grief at least we know how.

For now I'm in, ... and out.
