Grey hunter of the sea glides past me on Hackies Reef.
Half curious, non-perturbed, sleek and beautiful. The grey reef shark,
Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos, is a beautifully proportioned shark. Everything about it speaks of speed and efficiency.
This is my first shark encounter on an amazing Swain's Group, Great Barrier Reef adventure.
